The Triumph Program was designed to provide female players a great place to develop their game through practices and games with the most amount of repetition, feedback and ice time possible. A focus on both player and personal development is taught throughout the program to help these young players excel in their sport and life. We pride ourselves on building a first-class experience to learn and develop the skills necessary to grow all while having a whole lot of fun!

Practice Development
Each Triumph team will have 6 hours split ice practice to focus on individual and team development. Teams also have opportunity to add extra practices to the program if the parent group chooses.

Game Development
Our Triumph will give players 14-18 games. Teams will play 2 Tournaments and 6 League games in NB.

Team Selection
Our Triumph teams rosters are flexible rosters that can be composed of 10 players and 1-2 goaltenders per team (limit is 15 skaters and 2 goalies per game). Teams may also carry a spare player for the practice portion of the program and if a player cannot make a game, the spare can be available to play. We structure our Triumph teams with flexible rosters to give the players optimal game development time in addition to being able to receive more feedback and coaching from the coaching staff.

Free Agent Players
If a player wishes to play but does not have a team, they can place their name on the Free Agent List by emailing Ricky@eastcoastice.ca and we will do our best to secure a spot on a team requiring players. There is no guarantee that we will find a spot, but most free agent players will be offered a spot on a team. If you are a coach looking to put a team in, please contact Ricky@eastcoastice.ca.

Cancellations and Refunds
We do not offer an open refund policy.

Sponsorship Program
Players have the opportunity to fund-raise and get sponsors to help cover the cost of their spring hockey expenses. Funds collected through the Sponsorship Program go directly to the player.

COVID Refund Policy
As we want to ensure the safety of all families involved, ECI will be following all recommendations, guidelines and protocols laid out by our Provincial Health authorities and facilities. If ECI is forced to cancel any programs Due to Covid-19 and cannot reschedule them, families will have options for credit or refunds on a prorated basis. Refunds will not be given to families who withdraw on a voluntary basis.

Please note that families will be responsible for the cost of the game uniforms and will receive them once they have arrived.
