Defenceman & Skating Camp
Camp Description
This camp is designed specifically for defencemen looking to elevate their play at both ends of the ice. Sessions will focus on elite skating mechanics, gap control, angling, puck retrievals, first-pass execution, and defending in small-area situations. Athletes will also take part in dedicated power skating sessions with skating coach Jessica Allen, emphasizing efficiency, mobility, and explosiveness. Additional focus will be placed on offensive blue-line skills, decision-making under pressure, and game-situational awareness to help develop confident, reliable defencemen with habits that translate directly to game play.

A Typical Day of Camp includes:
1 hour – On Ice Skating Focus
1 Hour – On Ice Puck/Game Situation

1 Hour – Off Ice Training Session
1 Hour – Team Building/Lunch
30 Players per group / 2 Groups

SCHEDULE: Final Schedule will be sent to you via email 10 days prior to the program start date. Younger groups will have earlier start times.
LIABILITY: By registering in and participating in any program administered by East Coast Ice, I hereby agree to and acknowledge this release of liability agreement.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Final Balances are due June 1st, 2026. In the event of a cancellation, deposit payments are non-refundable after May 1st, 2026. Final balance payments are non-refundable after June 1st, 2026.
